How to make video shaking effect?

1. Open a video file and drag it into the track;

2. Click Effects, then click Special Effects;

3. Pull-down and find Shaking, then click + or drag it into the video or track;

4. Click Special Effects icon, you can adjust its intensity by percentage or pulling progress bar.
