-> One license code for one device only, If you want to unbind your license code from current device and link it to another, please contact us at support@filmagepro.com to claim your request with your license code and email address. We will unbind it for you.

-> Please contact us at support@filmagepro.com with the screenshot of error message for more help.

4. Please confirm that the network connection is normal.

-> Please confirm that the network connection is normal or try to change your network connection and activate again. If there is still problem, please contact us at support@filmagepro.com with the screenshot of error message.

5. The license code is entered incorrectly

-> Please make sure the letter case is correct, no spaces are entered, etc. If there is still problem, please contact support@filmagepro.com for more help.
