A task scheduler is also a wonderful tool in recording periodic events like online classes or webinars. You only need to click a small timer icon and set an appropriate screen recording duration to schedule recording. After it reaches the time limit, the recorder will stop recording automatically so that you don't need to wait for a long time.

Step 2: Set up your recording

First of all, please go to preferences to open Auto Mode for a normal webinar recording

Notes: 1. Please install BlackHole which enables you to record system sound before recording and use the latest version of Filmage Screen

2. To ensure a normal recording, please launch Filmage Screen at first, and then launch the browser and navigate to your webinar.

Then, click Screen to start recording in Recording Tools.

Choose System Sound & Microphone if you want to record both the participants’ voice and your voice or choose System Sound if you want to record only your voice. Then you can adjust the recording quality, fps and open the webcam at the same time.

Moreover, If you need to record the meeting at a specific time, you can create a scheduled recording task by clicking the Clock icon at the bottom.

Step 3: Record your webinar

After that all settings are well done, you can click on the big red button. Your recording will start after a three-second countdown. You can use Window Recording to avoid recording other activities on your desktop so that you can do other things even though you are recording your webinar.

To finish recording when the webinar ends, hit Stop. You can also use hotkeys to control the recorder. Press Command+2 to stop the recording and Command+1 to pause/resume.

When you end your recording, it will pop up the File List.
